My Teeth Whitening Routine! (Good for sensitive teeth & coffee drinkers) + Smile Brilliant Review

Welcome back and Happy Monday! A Monday post, yes I know this is random. I usually do posts every Friday but I just have so many videos/posts to share with you guys these next few weeks so I will be posting a few times a week for a bit!
Today’s post is all about teeth whitening! Fall is here, which means dark lipsticks that can sometimes make your teeth look yellow. That is definitely not ok. It has always been a goal of mine to have white teeth and I’ve used whitening tooth pastes and whitening strips for years. But, I feel like they could always be whiter and I just wasn’t getting the results I wanted and the results I was getting weren’t lasting very long. As you guys know, I drink coffee. ALOT. It’s no secret that coffee can cause yellow teeth but I don’t care; I’ll whiten my teeth twice as much just so I can have twice as much coffee!

When you receive your kit, they recommend whitening once a day for the first 7-10 days to get the best results. After those 7-10 days it’s totally up to you how much you choose to whiten – every week, every other week, or once a month.

The cool part about this system is that you have the option to use a desensitizing gel. I have VERY sensitive teeth and that was another hard part about keeping my teeth white. After you whiten, you use the desensitizing gel for about 15-20 mins. in the same way you would use the whitening gel. Even with my extremely sensitive teeth and I have not had ANY problems with this system! I’m soo happy with the results and I can’t stop smiling! I know that sounds cheesy, but really! I’ve been smiling more in pictures and I always catch myself looking at my teeth in the mirror!
