Welcome back and Happy Tuesday! (Today has to be the most Monday like Tuesday ever!) I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday weekend, but now it is back to reality. I honestly cannot believe it’s almost summer time! Or, is it considered summer already? I’m not really sure of the official starting date! haha. All I know is, it has been over 90 degrees multiple times these last few weeks and my baby brother is out of school.. So it’s basically summer right? Speaking of summer time… I want to ask you all a question before we get started. I want to know what you guys want to see this summer! What kind of videos, blog posts, or just content in general do you guys want to see this season? Please feel free to DM me or comment below any requests that you may have! I’m so excited about today’s post because I received SO much love from you guys when I shared this look on Insta! This gingham skirt is giving me LIFE! The best part about it is that it was on H&M’s clearance rack for only 10 BUCKS! Can you believe that?! Such a steal! Gingham is EVERYWHERE this season. Everyone has been all about it this spring and it’s definetly moving into summer. The frills and ruffles on this skirt transform a basic piece into something that makes a statement. In my most recent Youtube video, “Summer 2017 Fashion Trends” I shared gingham as my #1 summer trend! Unfortunately, this skirt is not available online. You may get lucky in stores if you search the clearance racks! I linked many very similar skirts below.

For my top, I decided to wear this adorable blouse from Old Navy. Yes, Old Navy! I have a new found love for this store. Until recently, I couldn’t tell you the last time I had shopped there. I stumbled upon it when a Youtuber mentioned some of their clothes in a haul. I was like, “Wait a minute, this stuff is cute? What? Old Navy has cute clothes?!” And let me tell you the best part, IT IS SO CHEAP! The top I’m wearing here is only 12 dollars! They always have amazing sales and you can earn cash to spend there whenever you shop! Like for example, $10 for every $25 you spend! Kind of similar to Kohl’s. This is not an AD I am just amazed it has taken me this long to realize this! My top is linked below and also available in multiple colors!

You guys are probably sick of these sandals… BUT, I can’t help it! They’re just so great for spring/summer and go with everything! They are Steve Madden, but they’re a few years old. I linked very similar pairs below. I even found a pair that has the same tassle detail on the back! See below. I decided to add this cognac color to the look instead of a basic black sandal because I wanted to lighten it up for summer! To tie the whole look together, I threw on this giant tote bag from OLD NAVY! I am seriously obsessed with this bag! The color, the size, and the simplicity of it! It’s such a classic piece and will be great for summer. I can literally fit my entire life inside this thing! Best part is that it’s on sale for only $24!
